One audit. Four risk domains. One clear picture of where your digital presence is failing you.
The Digital Presence Risk Audit is Make Evident’s flagship service. It combines UX heuristic evaluation, accessibility screening, AI search visibility analysis, and analytics interpretation into a single prioritized report that tells you exactly what’s wrong, how serious each issue is, and what to do about it first.
This audit is for organizations that know something is wrong with their digital presence but can’t pin down what — or that have been told by an agency that they need a rebuild without understanding the actual problem.
It’s the right starting point if:
We evaluate how well your website supports the journeys your visitors actually take. Navigation clarity, call-to-action placement, form usability, information hierarchy, and the specific friction points that prevent visitors from becoming clients.
We run a combined automated and manual screen of your site against WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards. We don’t just report what scanners catch — we assess the issues that require human judgment: whether alt text is actually descriptive, whether navigation makes logical sense, whether error messages help users or confuse them.
We test how your content performs when AI search engines, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, are asked questions relevant to your business and sector. We check schema markup, content clarity, entity recognition, and how you compare to competitors who are appearing in those answers.
We review your Google Analytics 4 and Search Console data for patterns that indicate where users are dropping off, which pages are underperforming, and where there are opportunities you’re not currently acting on.

Implementation. We do not build, redesign, or fix anything. We give you the findings and the priority sequence — your team acts.
